At the Organic Butcher you will find only the highest quality meats including dry-aged beef, USDA prime beef,  Berkshire pork, milk-fed veal, and free roaming chickens.   All of our meats are antibiotic and hormone free with most registered by the Certified Humane label.  The bulk of our products are locally-raised with an emphasis on Virginia farms.  We also offer a diverse selection of delicious store made sausages which vary from week to week.
